Wise Women with Initiative is a non-governmental organization (NGO) founded by Chinyere Akabuogu together with the support of passionate women who are of like minds, a community borne out of the desire to promote and support the welfare of humanity, and to reduce the challenges faced by women in the society through our humanitarian services.
We embrace women from all backgrounds—across professions, ethnicities, religions, and social classes—promoting unity and equal representation.
Wise Women With Initiative has its headquarters in Abuja and presence in the 36 states of Nigeria, dedicated to Education and Literacy Projects, Humanitarian service projects such as Empowerment programs for young women, support for girl child advocacy, Women and Maternal Health projects.
Wise Women With Initiative has been working by implementing various activities in the areas of human rights and good governance by promoting gender equality, education, health and sanitation so as to empower and ensure the security of the livelihood of the backward poor people of the society. At present, WWWi is implementing various development programs with success in north central district in terms of health care and sexual violence eradication.
