Wise Women With Initiative (WWWI) is delighted to share the highlights of the just-concluded Wise Women Trade & Treats 2026, held on Friday, 23rd, and Saturday, 24th, October 2026, at River Plate Park, Wuse 2, Abuja.
The two-day event brought together entrepreneurs, local brands, business owners, vendors, shoppers, families, and members of the community for a memorable celebration of entrepreneurship, business development, networking, entertainment, and community engagement.
But beyond the exhibitions, shopping, and excitement lies a purpose that makes this event especially meaningful.
MORE THAN A TRADE FAIR. A COMMITMENT TO HUMANITY.
Wise Women Trade & Treats is a business exhibition, fun fair, and humanitarian fundraising initiative organised in support of the charitable mission of Wise Women With Initiative.
Proceeds from the event are channelled towards our humanitarian services, with a particular focus on:
Girl Child Advocacy: Promoting the rights, dignity, safety, education, and opportunities of the girl child.
Women Empowerment: Supporting initiatives that promote economic independence, entrepreneurship, skills development, and improved livelihoods for women.
Women’s and Maternal Health: Advancing women’s health awareness, maternal well-being, and support for mothers and vulnerable women.
Gender Equality and Advocacy: Promoting equal opportunities, challenging discrimination, and advocating for the rights and dignity of women and girls.
Education and Literacy: Supporting educational opportunities, literacy development, and learning initiatives for disadvantaged children, particularly girls.
Through this initiative, we bring businesses and communities together for a purpose greater than commerce: creating opportunities for local brands while mobilising resources to improve lives and strengthen communities.
Every vendor who participated, every visitor who supported a business, every partner who contributed, and every individual who helped make this event possible became part of a shared vision of empowerment, opportunity, and positive change.
